I love strategy. I love to create. Maybe it all started with a bucket full of Lego long ago, but after 7+ years in sales and relationship management I'm learning that it just might be a calling too. Over that time I have learned that by focusing on the process, I can build consistency in my performances. I hope that through 2-Pros I can share that same strategy with you and help you build your own.
Because I don't always work, I also cook (creative outlet), exercise (ego boost), golf (ego reality check), and through all of those and many other activities spend time with my family (just plain reality check).
A few other things -- I have finance degree, which I earned after spending 2 years tooling around in the creative writing department. I have a self-diagnosed addiction to analogies. And I strive to follow a path of unrelenting progress like a hailstone streaking out of the sky.

I enjoy going to baseball games and catching a weekend hike or anything fitness related. I take Sundays off, making sure to make time for myself to mentally regroup for the week ahead. Recently I made the move from Wisconsin to Arizona.
My professional background has been in banking for the last 9 years where I have had a very successful career in working from a teller position to the management role. I've seen management from all different styles and I am here to help guide you to the next level in your career. When it comes down to it, you and I both need to be goal orientated.
